ORTECH SOLUTIONS is a company established (2014) not only with an eye on achieving Business goals, just as importantly, its activities are also geared towards accomplishing certain larger objectives in terms of bringing geared benefits to the local economy and contributing what little it can towards a frictionless trade regime in a trade environment that is increasingly becoming global. We pride ourselves to be a company with a long term vision, and one of our major targets is to help contain the “brain drain” by creating employment and sustained growth in this particular sector of the IT industry.

GIS services allow for the visualization of geographic data, analysis of spatial relationships, and efficient data management. GIS data conversions allow data from different sources to be merged in one common format, which allows for easy access, analysis and utilization. We are capable of various geospatial analytical procedures for users in agriculture, fisheries, market research, transport, electrical network, banking water supplies, sewage, forestry, flood management, hazard mitigation. Our GIS team, with a skilful thematic mapping service, helps you display the spatial distribution of a single attribute or a specific topic, such as property assessments, soil types, or crime locations.

An Orthophoto is an aerial photograph geometrically corrected (orthorectified) such that the scale is uniform: the photo has the same lack of distortion as a map. Orthophotographs are commonly used in the creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS). Unlike an uncorrected aerial photograph, an orthophotograph can be used to measure true distances, because it is an accurate representation of the Earths surface, having been adjusted for topographic relief, lens distortion, and camera tilt.
